Students need motivation from the teacher

Teacher as a role model in the school must be able to give motivation to the students, how can a teacher come to classroom without giving them motivation?, it is a common happen in the classroom when a teacher comes without giving motivation to students, the teacher do not care about them and he directs give the instructions. This is the fact that happen in our classroom nowadays, headmaster as the leader and manager in the school must take responsibility of this situation. Headmaster must control the situation in the schools and evaluation of teacher’s performance must be done regularly in order to the situation in the classroom as soon as can be overcome by the headmaster and teacher itself.

School is the place where teachers and learners interact each other, they take responsibility as their own roles. The success of the classroom in the learning process is mostly based on the teacher. Teacher must be able to control the classroom and the most important teacher should give motivation each classroom’s meeting. Starting the class with greeting them and give positive sentence is the first to do in motivation them.

Giving motivation is must! If teacher start the class with smiling and give positive comment to the students, the classroom environment must be very positive and the students are ready to study. How can the teachers give motivation to the students? Or what ways?, it is easy to give students motivation, the common way is by giving them like a candy or presents if they have achievement, but this way need money, the other ways are the teachers can give appraisal to students that have good achievement, give positive notes to their books, or direct give them positive sentences like “good job”, “good students” or other positive words.

Many ways to give students motivation, it depends on the teachers!! ... students really need motivation from the teachers.
